Qualifications

• Journeyman level with 3–10 years of experience.
• BA/BS degree required; associate degree with two years of related experience or 4 years of experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IPT spend plans using CSPT and PMT.
• Align financial execution metrics with program schedules and milestones.
• Track monthly obligations and expenditures against Navy benchmarks.
• Draft complex funding documents in Navy ERP (N-ERP) for CIV approval.
• Prepare variance analyses and recovery recommendations to bring programs back to plan.
