Qualifications

• Active DoD Security Clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• 1–5 years of financial experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Excellent communication and customer focus are essential.
• Experience with Navy ERP is a plus.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of Navy accounts and funds to support ships, systems, and warfighters.
• Create purchase requisitions and statements of work for Navy funding.
• Ensure documents comply with NAVSEA policies and track through reports.
• Monitor NAVSEA funds via N-ERP and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Prepare TPS status reports and NEPS-related documentation.
• Develop and update training and process documents.
• File documents on the network.
