Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking a Financial Analyst with Navy ERP experience to support a Government Program Management Office in Suitland, MD. You will provide financial analysis to the BFM and program managers using Navy ERP and generate reports to track budget execution and obligations.

You will coordinate with teams to ensure timely G-Invoice processing, review purchase requests, and prepare reports in Excel, supporting audits and financial management procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; 3+ years with Navy ERP in financial management (5 years may substitute).
• Strong Navy financial processes knowledge: track budget expenditures, obligations, execution.
• Excel skills for large datasets: advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, macros.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budgetary analysis to the government BFM and Program Managers using the Navy ERP system.
• Generate and maintain reports from the ERP system; run ad hoc ERP queries; use PS and FM modules.
• Coordinate with program and financial management to ensure timely receipt and acceptance of G-Invoices; review purchase requests.
