Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Business Administration, Management or other relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in supervisory/lead roles.
• Experience managing DoD/Navy cross-functional programs or projects.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain SECRET clearance.
• Experience with facilities management and Navy/DoD leadership liaison is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a project.
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
• Interface with system or program contractors, vendors, and Government representatives on technical aspects of programs/projects.
• Ensure project procedures and controls are followed.
• Manage manning and staffing project efforts.
• Lead problem resolution efforts.
