Job summary

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, has an opportunity for a Project Manager in the Patuxent River, MD area. You will analyze and coordinate schedule, procurement, staffing, and budget per project while leading technical staff and interfacing with government representatives.

Required: BS/BA in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years’ experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles, and ability to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior Navy/DoD leadership liaison operations and facilities management.
• Experience leading large cross-functional efforts delivering research, analysis, and admin support.
• BS/BA in Business Admin, Management, or relevant discipline; substitutions possible with experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles including financial management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget per project.
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff and act as client contact when required.
• Ensure project procedures and controls are followed and oversee staffing efforts.
• Interface with contractors, vendors, and Government representatives on technical aspects.
• Lead problem resolution and coordinate cross-functional program activities.
