Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Program Manager who brings proven leadership and deep familiarity with Navy training systems to execute complex programs with excellence in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise across core program management disciplines, with a track record of delivering high-quality results on DoD contracts, while interfacing with customers and coordinating multi-subcontractor teams.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years program management experience with eight (8) years of experience managing DoD/DoN programs.
• Active PMP certification.
• Active Top Secret US Security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership across Navy training systems and related DoD contracts.
• Manage cost, schedule and performance to meet sponsor objectives.
• Interface with customers and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.
