Job summary

Bristol Industries LLC in Goose Creek, SC, seeks a Construction Surveillance Engineer (Finance) to support Navy projects at Charleston. Responsibilities include inspection, QA, contract administration, safety and environmental compliance, and coordination with FEAD/ROICC for multiple construction phases.

The role requires seven years of relevant experience, strong scheduling and cost-analysis skills, and proficiency with common software tools.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience as Construction Manager, Field Engineer, PM or QC on contracts >$5M.
• Knowledge of scheduling methods and Primavera or MS Project.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; RS Means/CostWorks.
• English communication skills for reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outages, permits, and haul routes with the contractor.
• Attend meetings and provide notes and briefings for FEAD/ROICC.
• Review submittals and schedule analyses; monitor CQC compliance.
• Prepare CRRs and CCCNs and track environmental and safety compliance.
• Witness testing, review contractor projections, and manage RFIs.
