Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks a Navy Combat Systems Equipment Specialist with a Secret Clearance to support shipboard electronic systems for the U.S. Navy from our San Diego, CA office.

The role emphasizes PMS/3M coordination, documentation, and maintenance planning for VLS-related equipment and other combat system components. Primary duties include preparing PMS feedback responses, developing RAM/RCM-based maintenance docs, and coordinating with acquisition and ISEA teams to ensure accurate PMS

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of NAVY PMS Manual 4790.8 Series.
• Experience with 3M processes and PMS programs.
• Ability to review technical data and respond to PMS TFBRs.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMS Technical Feedback Reports (TFBRs) tracking and interfacing with codes and shipboard personnel to resolve issues.
• Develop PMS documentation for new ship construction using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Research manuals, blueprints, and ship drawings; validate PMS coverage for shipboard/shore equipment.
• Coordinate with Acquisition Managers and In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs) to ensure PMS accuracy for modified systems.
• Maintain engineering history of PMS documents including MIPs and MRCs.
