The role focuses on shipboard electronic systems and PMS documentation, leveraging 3M concepts and maintenance knowledge. Ideal candidates have Navy ET/FC/ST/GMC with VLS experience, 10+ years shipboard/shore repair, and the ability to work with PMS manuals, MRCs, and related regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• United States citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in shipboard and/or shore side repair.
• 3M Work Center Supervisor qualification is required.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Prepare responses to PMS Technical Feedback Reports and track issues.
• Develop PMS documentation for new ship construction and systems.
• Research manuals, blueprints, and ship drawings for PMS coverage.
• Maintain PMS documents, MIPs, and MRCs with engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Acquisition Managers and ISEAs for PMS coverage.
