Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Test Specialist/Engineer to provide direct support to NIWC Pacific by leading V&V of ATS, focusing on C2P and MTDL systems. You will plan, execute, and document test events in controlled environments to support program milestones.

Your role includes developing test plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring test personnel, and ensuring compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot test environments.
• Experience with C2P and MTDL systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tear down the test architecture of various systems and sub-systems.
• Execute test procedures, analyze results, and generate final documentation.
• Lead and mentor test team members and coordinate activities.
• Develop test plans and procedures, identifying objectives and evaluation methods.
