Job summary

Future Technologies Inc. seeks a Test Specialist for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division to support Vertical Launching Systems projects. You will review, update and maintain combat system designs, and direct evaluation of drawings and configurations for the VLS program.

You will provide engineering support, document requirements and test results, evaluate coverage, and participate in shipboard and land-based tests to ensure deployments meet system requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of combat systems experience and analysis.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to identify requirements for testing.
• Document requirements, design specifications, test plans and results.
• Evaluate test coverage and validity of test results.
• Recommend improvements per government processes.
• Analyze test data to identify deficiencies.
• Participate in ship- and land-based test events and training.
• Assist shipboard installation teams and verify deployments.
• Define task details, estimates and schedules for projects.
