Job summary

Mission Technologies is seeking a C2 Integration & Support Engineer to support the MST environment at the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center – Nellis (JITTC‑N). You will help deliver advanced training and test capabilities for the U.S.

Air Force Warfare Center and support complex, distributed mission operations across the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE). You will be part of a high‑performing team supporting training for combat/tactical warfighters, C4ISR integration, remote sensing

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combinations.
• Current IAT Level II certification.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mission execution support for JITTC-N training and test events, including CRC exercises, DMO, and LFE.
• Perform operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of simulation and C2 systems to ensure full operational readiness.
• Support C2 software environments including Solipsys MSCT, BC3, ASCOT7, Sonomarc systems, and chat clients.
• Configure and validate MSCT feeds to inject virtual radar data and ensure low-latency track correlation.
• Administer Sonomarc servers and profiles to replicate radios, secure voice networks, and chat.
• Serve as the primary console engineer during crew training events and multi-node exercises.
• Diagnose network issues such as packet loss, DIS coordinate mismatches, and data translation errors.
• Apply OS patches, implement DISA STIGs, and maintain RMF cybersecurity baselines.
• Work with RHEL, Windows Server, Active Directory, ESXi virtualization, and diskless OS.
• Use DIS, HLA, Link 16, and JREAP to connect synthetic assets into the LVC battleground.
• Conduct system integration, testing, requirements analysis, and planning across the lifecycle.
