Job summary

Ultra I&C is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead software development, systems integration, and sustainment programs for US Navy/Marine Corps in Austin, TX or San Diego, CA. You will coordinate dispersed teams and work with contracts, finance, and engineering to meet cost, schedule, and technical targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a technical or business field, 6+ years managing DoD programs, and experience with ECPs, schedules, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing DoD programs.
• Experience with Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), contract modifications, or requirements management.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Navy/Marine Corps programs through all contract phases.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet contractual requirements.
• Deliver financial targets including revenue, margin, forecasts, and EV metrics.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and baselines.
• Lead software and systems development, engineering integration, and fielded capabilities.
