HII Mission Technologies seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Naval Aviation and Naval Surface Warfare customers. You will shape strategy, build partnerships, and deliver programs that support long-term growth, while overseeing Pax River, Crane, and Panama City facilities.

The role requires 8+ years of progressive experience with a related degree, strong leadership, and the ability to operate in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 6 years with a Master's; or 12 years with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience with multiple contract types such as DTIC, AAS Defense, SeaPort, and OTAs.
• Knowledge of Electro-Optics, aircraft and maritime platform integration, fiber optic systems, manufacturing, or machining.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Executive-level briefing and presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams in technical domains.
• Define program scope, success metrics, timelines, and resource plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, product, operations, finance, and executives.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure outcomes meet quality, cost, and performance.
• Establish governance, reporting, and communication cadences for transparency.
• Engage with customers to understand mission needs and capability gaps.
• Collaborate with product and strategy teams to translate market insights into programs.
• Support revenue growth through pipeline development and deal execution.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Influence senior leaders with data-driven insights and strategic storytelling.
• Oversee personnel and facilities across Pax River, Crane, and Panama City.
