Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a systems engineer to support integration of SLCM-N and CPS within BBGNx. The role emphasizes engineering development, systems integration, and direct support to the program office in a high-security environment.

Primary work from the DC area with regular coordination with the Navy Yard. Requires active clearance, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong briefing and reporting skills. Expect collaboration across leadership and client teams.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required and ability to maintain.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of systems engineering or Navy weapons system development experience.
• Superior written/verbal communication with briefs and reports.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate integration planning meetings with the BBGN program office.
• Research and analyze actionable insights for Executive leadership decision-making.
• Provide direct support to the BBGN Program Office and monitor project execution.
• Develop Courses of Action for Battleship design team (PMS470) considering SLCM-N/CPS programs.
• Analyze existing and future systems based on threats and new technologies.
• Participate in cost, schedule, performance, variance, and risk analyses.
• Develop and manage engineering processes to support SLCM-N and CPS integration.
• Prepare and present recommendations to senior leadership.
