Job summary

Gnostech Inc. is seeking a skilled Supply Support Technician to back the NAVWAR/NIWC Pacific METOC ISEA program. The role focuses on spares availability, accurate inventory, and proper material handling to sustain fielded systems worldwide.

The position requires DoD Secret clearance, DoD logistics experience, and the ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA. You will coordinate with CM, Technical Data, and program staff to maintain system readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, or logistics support (DoD/Navy environment preferred).
• Familiarity with material handling, shipping/receiving docs, and inventory tracking systems.
• Must be able to work on-site at NIWC Pacific, San Diego, CA.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of hire and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates for spare quantities to meet system availability.
• Perform PHS&T functions including receiving, storing, issuing, and disposing of end items.
• Update system documentation such as LCSP and ULSS as needed.
• Maintain detailed inventory records and manage material movements per regulations.
• Prepare shipping/receiving paperwork and apply IUID as required.
• Provide RAM/ILS input and recommendations for maintenance and support.
• Support logistics product development for drawings, manuals, and training.
