Job summary

Serco is seeking a junior level program analyst to join the Maritime Engineering Operation (MEO). You will help update and standardize shipbuilding documents, write requirements into contract language, and support Navy specifications with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced design environment.

You will research NAVSEA standards, coordinate SRB activities, maintain document repositories, and assist in capturing technical comments and approvals throughout the lifecycle of the documentation

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active/Current DoD Secret security clearance.
• Degree or equivalent combination as listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Research, compile, and maintain NAVSEA specs and standards.
• Update NAVSEA standards per NAVSEAINST 4120.24A.
• Coordinate SRB activities and document routing.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
