Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Management Analyst to support NAVSEA 08, coordinating project budgets, schedules and contract changes. You will analyze cost data, prepare reports, and liaison with shipyards to ensure timely NR actions and cost performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in naval maintenance planning, strong EVM experience, and excellent communication. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in technical evaluation, estimation, and cost validation for shipyard construction/maintenance.
• Experience with contract performance management and Earned Value Management (EVM) is required.
• Strong written and oral communications across multiple organizations and levels.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to create clear cost analyses.

Responsibilities

• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals.
• Plan and conduct contract reviews for quality program requirements and contractor procedures.
• Attend contract reviews and prepare cost performance analyses for NAVSEA 08.
• Provide deck plate support for NNPP acquisition issues and related negotiations.
• Prepare written reports and correspondence; deliver oral presentations on technical matters.
• Review contractor data and reports; provide independent cost analyses and recommendations.
• Assemble cost report data from contractor and government sources for long-term trends.
