Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an engineer to support NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office.

The role involves providing engineering and technical support for Naval Special Warfare systems, assisting with integration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation development. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field and 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Experience supporting system testing, integration, or technical analysis in a DoD or Navy environment.
  • Proficiency with engineering documentation, technical tools, and problemsolving in a structured systems environment.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering and technical support for Naval Special Warfare systems and programs, including system integration, testing, troubleshooting, configuration updates, documentation development, data analysis, and coordination with government engineers and fleet stakeholders.
  • Support engineering reviews, track technical issues, contribute to system lifecycle activities, and ensure alignment with Navy standards and program requirements.
