Job summary

Systems Technology Forum LTD (STF) in the United States seeks an experienced RF systems coordinator to oversee procurement, integration, testing, and installation of RCS systems on LHA platforms. The role demands a strong technical background in RF and the ability to work aboard Navy environments.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors and shipyard personnel, and ensure rigorous testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least ten (10) years of experience supporting U.S. Navy Shipboard C5I or electronic systems installations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integrated shipboard systems.
• Experience conducting shipboard surveys, installation assessments, and technical evaluations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with Government customers, shipyard personnel, engineers, and program management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Coordinates, manages, and oversees the full lifecycle of RCS systems on LHA platforms, from initial procurement through to final integration, testing, and installation.
• System Integration & Testing: Ensures that all radio communications are properly integrated and rigorously tested to meet operational and technical standards.
• Troubleshooting: Oversees contractor diagnoses, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues related to RF systems and communication suites during installation and testing phases.
• Technical Documentation: Reads and interprets complex technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate system installation and compliance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with engineering teams, project managers, vendors, and installation crews to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Communication: Maintains a positive attitude and clear communication under dynamic, fast-paced conditions.
