Digital Consultants LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking an Engineer 3 to support Navy Fleet Submarine VLF/LF broadcast engineering. You will provide installation, testing, alignment, and troubleshooting of telecommunications gear, while supervising technicians and coordinating with clients and vendors.

Requirements include 10+ years in RF systems, a BS degree in a relevant field, and a Secret clearance. The role involves fieldwork at sites and occasional documentation duties.

Qualifications

• BS degree in software/compute/electrical field or math/physics.
• 10+ years RF communication systems experience.
• Secret clearance and ability to obtain further clearances.
• Experience with analog/digital RF design and testing.
• Familiarity with MS Project and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, configuration, and testing for telecom equipment.
• Lead fault isolation and RF system troubleshooting at sites.
• Engineer installation activities, network design, and diagnostics.
• Engage with clients and vendors; prepare field reports.
• Maintain inventory, asset management, and safety practices.
