Job summary

You will perform maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of shipboard mechanical systems, interpret blueprints and schematics, and document activities for QA records. Requirements include a REAL ID or U.S.

Qualifications

• REAL ID or U.S. Passport required.
• Rigging Certification required.
• 5–10 years of experience in rigging, shipboard maintenance & repair.
• Ability to read/understand Navy drawings, blueprints, sketches.
• Able to read OEM Technical Manuals and interpret them for maintenance.
• Must be proficient in English for instructions and safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of shipboard mechanical systems across platforms.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics; install and test systems.
• Document maintenance activities and provide technical briefs to supervisors/clients.
• Train and mentor coworkers on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering, welders, electricians, and other teams to execute projects.
