Job summary

Noblis MSD seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support U.S. Navy ship programs focusing on oil pollution abatement in wastewater systems. The role covers design, analysis, prototyping, documentation, obsolescence evaluation, and support for US Navy and allied ships.

On-call, part-time hours may apply in a defense setting. The candidate will work with Waste Transfer systems, Separators, Process Monitors, and NOW systems, involving 2D/3D CAD design, calculations, testing, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical system design, repair, installation, modification, operation, maintenance and testing.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D engineering design & manufacturing tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor) and documentation development.
