Job summary

Haka Incorporated is seeking an experienced Production Manager Assistant to support ship repair logistics at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. The role requires Navy vessel experience and the ability to track CASREPs, parts, and repair timelines. Strong coordination with NAVSUP/NAVFAC is essential.

Responsibilities include drafting naval messages, scheduling berths and barge movements, and providing routine briefings to N43 leadership. Secret clearance and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• SECRET security clearance required.
• US Navy experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and draft naval messages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Able to perform ship checks and handle repair logistics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ship checks and determine optimal repair paths for Navy ships.
• Track and report casualty reports (CASREPs) and repair status.
• Provide daily/weekly briefings to N43 leadership and Shipyard counterparts.
• Draft applicable naval messages (CANNAB) as needed for repair timelines.
