Job summary

Reliability & Performance Technologies (R&P) seeks an experienced Ship Production and Post-Delivery Analyst to support the PMS 500 program office in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance and modernization work aboard DDG 1000 Zumwalt-class ships, tracking status, and preparing for trials and INSURV readiness.

Candidates must have US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, 10+ years of HM&E experience on Navy vessels, strong communication skills, and proven ability to

Qualifications

• US citizenship and active Secret clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of HM&E experience on Navy vessels.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; diplomatic tact.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Able to travel up to 10% and work in shipyard environments; capable of lifting 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Manager and PMR; report maintenance and modernization status aboard San Diego based DDG 1000 ships.
• Support Final Contract Trial (FCT) availability and Post Repair Trial (PRT) planning.
• Lead trials-related discussions and provide weekly written progress reports.
• Prepare for INSURV readiness; train crew and validate equipment.
• Establish relationships with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners.
• Identify risks and issues and provide timely resolutions.
