Responsibilities

• Provide cost-related analysis and assessments of ships, submarines, and related ship systems.
• Provide technical cost estimation expertise and perform parametric tradeoff studies.
• Utilize modern computational tools and spreadsheets to conduct cost assessments.
• Use U.S. Navy VAMOSC databases and OSCAM models for O&M costing tasks.
• Develop program life cycle cost estimates and conduct tradeoff studies for surface ships and submarines.
