Job summary

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is seeking a Project Planner to support the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific Fleet (CNSP) Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT). You will develop and deconflict the master schedule for RATT and ORCA events, coordinating with CNSP staff, ship leadership, and RATT teams to optimize resources and minimize travel costs.

The role requires at least five years in project planning or logistics, familiarity with scheduling tools, and a solid understanding of Navy

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in project planning, scheduling, or logistics coordination.
• Experience with scheduling software and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Navy scheduling and readiness cycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to deconflict schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the master schedule for RATT and ORCA events.
• Coordinate with CNSP staff, ship leadership, and RATT teams to identify and prioritize ship visit requirements.
• Deconflict competing schedules, requirements, resources, and dependencies.
• Optimize the employment of RATT personnel and teams across multiple events and geographic locations.
• Coordinate scheduling in consideration of Navy operational requirements, fleet readiness cycles, and training events.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts that could affect program execution.
