Qualifications

• 8–10 years in program/project management in a DoD contracting environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Interface: primary government customer contact, reporting status, risks, and performance.
• Program Planning & Execution: organize, direct, and manage multi-year initiatives per contract requirements.
• Financial & Resource Management: oversee budgets, costs, and resource allocation across teams.
• Risk Management: identify risks, implement mitigation actions, capture lessons learned.
• Team Leadership: supervise staff, promote quality and process improvement.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: ensure activities meet RMF, PMP, and security standards.
• Business Development: assist in identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
