Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems sector seeks an experienced Deputy Program Manager to join the Oceanic Systems OU in Annapolis, MD. You will support the PM, guide a diverse team through design, development, delivery, and field operations of maritime capabilities.

The role requires strong leadership, customer engagement, and proven ability to manage Cost-Plus programs, with on-site work in Annapolis and a focus on security and program success.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain SCI access and a CI polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of relevant management/leadership experience, or 6+ years with a Master's.
• Experience with program financials, including awards, OM, and OCF.
• 3+ years of P&L responsibility as a CAM using EVM and/or IPT leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on Cost-Plus development programs.

• Develop and execute program budgets and schedules to satisfy Customer and Company requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain deep Customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide clear leadership and direction to the program team to achieve objectives and deliver results.
• Manage program activities in compliance with Customer security requirements and constraints.
• Serve as a key company representative and point of contact for the program.
• Deliver program briefings to Customer leadership, technical teams, and corporate management.
