Job summary

Agile Defense, LLC seeks a Deputy Program Manager to oversee Navy training initiatives and large, multi-contractor programs. You will manage program execution, workforce leadership, and customer engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires eight years in program management with four years on DoD/DoN programs, PMP certification, and Secret clearance. Travel up to 20% (CONUS & OCONUS) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, CS, IS, business, or related field
• Eight (8) years program management experience with four (4) years DoD/DoN program leadership
• Active PMP certification
• U.S. citizen with Secret clearance at minimum
• Travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS

Responsibilities

• Oversee program execution across Navy training initiatives
• Manage a large DoD/DoN contract with multiple sub-contractors
• Interface with customers to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
• Plan, design, coordinate, and control project work to meet sponsor objectives
• Lead a diverse technical workforce across multiple skill sets
