Job summary

Cortina Solutions is seeking a high-impact Program Manager to lead the execution of a complex contract supporting NSWC PCD. You will oversee multi-domain efforts that shape naval warfare technology and manage mission-critical programs with an emphasis on modeling & simulation, software engineering, Agile/DevSecOps, and cybersecurity.

Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years in technical/program management, DoD familiarity, and experience with C#, C++, React, Qt, Python, or MATLAB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technical or operational program management, Navy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modeling & simulation, tactics development, and mission-focused engineering.
• Experience with Agile or DevSecOps; proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and RMF is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve mission objectives and manage stakeholder relations.
• Oversee planning, execution, and risk management of complex contracts.
• Integrate technical and operational insights to shape M&S, engineering, and tactics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security reporting requirements.
