Job summary

CACI seeks a Senior Project Manager with a strong naval engineering, modeling and simulation background to lead engineering initiatives at Carderock, the Pentagon and nearby sites. After an initial startup period, the role will be largely remote with up to 10% travel.

You will capture information from diverse networks, ensure quality across engineering processes, and engage stakeholders across programs while leveraging Confluence, Jira, SharePoint and PowerPoint for collaboration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience working with Naval programs.
• Technical skills in naval, mechanical, ocean/marine, and aerospace engineering.
• Proficiency in Confluence, Atlassian stack, Jira, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
• Experience with project management tools, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Capture information from a wide network of folders, provide briefings, and address engineering needs.
• Quality control and assurance in engineering processes.
• Outreach and engagement with stakeholders, though not primarily customer-facing.
