Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience required.
NNS Apprentice School graduate required.
Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate required.
Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program with 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience required.
Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience preferred.
High School/GED with 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military or other exempt experience required.
High School/GED with 8 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military or other non-exempt experience required.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates with material requirements.
Advise management on status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems.
Schedule equipment and personnel; prepare work orders or purchase requests based on a master production schedule.
Coordinate interdepartmental activity with QA, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, and traffic.
