Job summary

Raytheon Technologies’ Naval Power (NP) Finance team seeks a Finance Growth and Program Excellence analyst to drive financial excellence across new business capture, startup, and program cost control. You will partner with leadership to promote best practices and standardized financial structures across diverse programs.

The role involves supporting MA capture, startup communities of practice, and cross‑functional collaboration with ProStart and PMX, with occasional travel between MA, AZ, and TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics with 8+ years of financial management/leadership experience.
• Financial controls or Financial Planning experience.
• Experience with SAP, BW, PRISM, APEX EV, PM Tools or similar financial systems.
• Experience synthesizing data sets and summarizing for leadership review.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused program controls and capture best practice leadership to drive growth.
• Contribute to multi‑billion bookings opportunities and MA framework deals.
• Support startup and governance of the MA program across NP finance.
• Develop common playbooks for program personas with EVMS variations.
• Collaborate with Product Line finance teams and PMX to standardize financial structures.
