Job summary

RTX's Naval Power Finance team seeks a Finance Growth and Program Excellence analyst to drive financial excellence across new business capture, startup, and program cost control. You will partner with the Growth & Program Excellence Lead, NP CFO, and leadership to shape best practices and scalable processes.

You will support centralized MA program capture, startup activities, and the adoption of common financial structures while collaborating with multiple Raytheon lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Mathematics.
• 8 years of financial management/leadership experience; or 5 years with advanced degree.
• Experience with financial controls or financial planning.
• Experience with SAP, BW, PRISM, APEX EV or similar systems.
• Strong data synthesis and leadership communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused program controls and capture best-practice leadership.
• Lead MA program capture startup and related cost controls.
• Support NP program startup community of practice and independent reviews.
• Develop common playbooks for program personas with finance teams.
• Collaborate with Product Line finance, PMX and BPM to standardize practices.
• Travel occasionally to MA, Arizona, and Texas as needed.
