Serco is seeking a Project Manager to lead PORTS program efforts in Middletown, Rhode Island, supporting Navy training systems. You will oversee day-to-day project operations, coordinate with the Program Manager, customer, and project team, and ensure schedules, budgets, and DoD data requirements are met.

The role requires a US citizen with the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance, a BS in a related field, at least 5 years of management experience including P&L, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, applied science, or management.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience including profit and loss.
• Familiar with software development projects.
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaise between Program Manager, Customer, and project team.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements.
• Adhere to quality objectives, technical metrics, and schedules.
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects.
