Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking Junior to Intermediate Network Field Technicians to support GEDMS for DDG-51 Destroyers. You will interface with Navy personnel and support contractors across the life cycle of shipboard networks.

You will contribute to installation, testing, evaluation, troubleshooting, repair, deployment, and maintenance of Navy interior communications systems, with opportunities to grow into an independent field role.

Qualifications

• High school/vocational degree or GED with 7+ years in network/communication systems; DoD/USN preferred.
• U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and field support to keep Navy interior communications systems and networks operational.
• Support testing, evaluation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of systems.
• Document and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and training materials.
