Job summary

GreenXT is seeking a Program Manager to support our Navy customer on the AN/USQ-82(V) Program, spanning DDG 51, LHA, Aegis Ashore, and FMS initiatives. You will own cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance, and coordinate with government stakeholders.

The role requires a DoD/DoN background, at least 10 years in technical program management (7+ in DoD/DoN), and eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance. Hybrid work in the Washington, DC area is available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management.
• 10 years of technical program management experience, with 7+ years in the DoD/DoN space.
• Familiar with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procedures and ITAR.
• DoD/DoN Procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); DoD/DoN Contracting experience.
• Familiar with ITAR.
• Proficient technical writing ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willing to travel and relocation to the Washington, DC area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Program Manager for the AN/USQ-82(V) Program including all business and technical areas for DDG 51 Class, LHA Class, Aegis Ashore, and FMS programs.
• Oversee cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance for all contract efforts.
• Lead resource planning and staffing actions for the contract.
• Serve as primary liaison with the Government customer.
• Brief program status including financial updates, technical status, and future planning.
