Applied Technical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Level 3 to support NSWC Panama City Division.

You will participate in concept refinement, model development, and advisory on model requirements, working with government SMEs to identify issues and ensure technical success. The role requires strong CAD/SolidWorks skills, PDM experience, and ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Analyze requirements to determine feasibility within time/cost constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers/engineers on design input for cost/schedule decisions.
• Perform mechanical development, design, engineering changes, and drawings across development phases.
• Create and review U.S. Navy technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
