Opportunity (Part-Time): Naval Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Subject Matter ExpertBottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking an experienced Naval Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a U.S. Government capacity development program focused on strengthening maritime sustainment and logistics capabilities of a partner nation.Location: Remote support (CONUS) and forward engagements (OCONUS) as part of a U.S. government team.Level of Effort:- Pre-Engagement:Approximately 40 hours/month.
- Engagement:Next in-person engagements scheduled for 14–18 July 2025 and 8–12 September 2025 (Approximately 80 hours/month during engagement months).
- Post-Engagement:Support as needed.
Availability: ImmediateObjective: To support the U.S. government efforts to assist a partner nation in the development of sustainable naval maintenance and logistics systems through improvements in infrastructure, policies, workforce capability, and training. The SME will advise the U.S. government on best practices in sustainment, maintenance operations, and maritime logistics to improve readiness and long-term self-sufficiency of partner maritime forces.SME Requirements:- Maritime processes and support methodologies to meet Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) requirements.
