Job summary

QED Systems Inc is seeking engineers to support lifecycle services for Machinery Control Systems on Navy ships. Candidates will troubleshoot and provide support for complex systems in both shipboard and land-based environments. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required, along with 0-5 years of experience. Ability to obtain a government security clearance is essential, and the role may involve up to 10% travel. Candidates should also possess skills in troubleshooting and technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in electrical engineering related to control systems.
  • Must have a valid US passport or ability to obtain one.
  • Knowledge of fundamental concepts in control systems is required.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex problems of fielded systems at LBES and shipboard.
  • Review technical documentation related to fielded systems.
  • Provide test support for all variants of fielded systems.
