Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Waterfront Coordinator (LogRep) to support alteration installations on U.S. Navy vessels. The role involves logistics, material management, and safety oversight at domestic and overseas sites, with frequent travel to installation locations worldwide.

You will develop material lists from ship drawings, track inventory, coordinate shipments, and prepare reports for government and contractors. Strong regulatory knowledge and SAP P2P experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or material analysis related fields of material handling, procurement, and warehouse/storeroom operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 50% of the time.
• Candidate will be required to frequently work on moored pier-side units. Physical ability to navigate steep stairs and ladders as well as work in confined spaces is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics, material management, and safety oversight for combat-system alteration installations on U.S. Navy ships.
• Develop all-up material lists from ship drawings, track inventory, and coordinate material flow to installation sites.
• Prepare reports for government, Lockheed Martin, and contractors; manage purchases with LM Purchasing Card and reconcile monthly in SAP P2P.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Navy, Regional Maintenance Center, and state/local safety regulations; support worldwide installation sites.
