Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, Navy logistics, provisioning, supply support, material management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of provisioning, configuration management, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage material procurement, receipt, storage, inventory control, and material issue activities.
• Track and monitor material requisitions and receipts to ensure on-time availability of parts and equipment.
• Support production meetings and provide logistics status updates to project stakeholders.
• Maintain accountability of government-furnished and contractor-acquired material.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and government stakeholders to resolve material shortages and delivery issues.
• Generate reports and maintain logistics databases to support contract deliverables.
