Job summary

KMS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Logistician I–IV to support NSWCPD Code 316, focusing on PMS/CMP reviews, RCm and PSRs, and logistics documentation. The role requires Navy shipboard experience, DoD program familiarity, and strong communication to coordinate with Fleet representatives and engineers.

The position offers full-time onsite work in Philadelphia, with a robust benefits package and opportunities across Logistician levels I–IV based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements and lifecycle sustainment planning.
• Experience with Navy ships or DoD programs preferred.
• Knowledge of Navy maintenance and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process Fleet logistics and maintenance feedback for shipboard systems.
• Analyze PMS data and recommend updates based on reliability trends.
• Develop and update ILS documentation and PMS/LOGISTICS deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers and Fleet representatives to resolve logistics issues.
• Prepare logistics assessments, reports, and briefing materials.
