Serco Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Logistics Analyst to support Navy logistics at Naval Station Norfolk and related CHRIMP activities.

You will assist in material management, inventory control, and reporting using Navy ERP and other systems, collaborating with military and contractor personnel to strengthen mission readiness. The role requires four years of logistics experience, DoD or commercial logistics exposure, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four years of related logistics, supply, inventory management, or HAZMAT experience.
• Experience in DoD or commercial logistics environments.
• Familiarity with Navy logistics processes, HAZMAT management programs, and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Provide sustainment and logistics support to Navy activities (Ashore and Afloat).
• Manage material tracking and inventory, including physical inventories.
• Research materials using Navy and commercial systems and databases.
• Support CHRIMP sustainment requirements and data integrity.
• Collaborate with military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Utilize Navy ERP and other logistics systems for inventory accountability.
• Process and maintain HAZMAT records in Navy systems.
• Analyze customer issues and provide solutions or training.
• Support inventory audits and data collection for process improvement.
• Prepare reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
