PCI Aviation LLC is seeking a KMI Specialist to support Navy PKI and Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) activities at the NCMS Headquarters, Joint Base Andrews, MD. The role involves handling COMSEC accounts, maintaining KOA data, and ensuring timely processing of KMI registrations.

The contractor will work under Navy and DoD security requirements, updating CT-1 and KMI databases, and contributing to periodic COMSEC reporting for deployed assets. Presence at Joint Base Andrews is required.

• Supports COMSEC accounts and NCMS registration processes with security protocol adherence.
• Coordinates with NSA personnel to register KMI personnel and assign identities.
• Maintains KOA data and ensures accuracy of registration documents.
• Reviews registration and enrollment forms within 2 working days after receipt.
• Updates KMI databases and generates monthly COMSEC material status reports.
