Job summary

PCI Aviation is seeking a KMI Specialist to support Naval Communications Security Material System (NCMS) PKI and Key Management Infrastructure activities. The role is located at NCMS Headquarters, Joint Base Andrews, MD, on-site, with a contract, full-time, exempt status.

The candidate will manage KMI accounts, process registrations, and ensure compliance with security policies while coordinating with NSA and DON authorities.

Responsibilities

• Supports COMSEC accounts and registrations across Navy enterprise, ensuring accuracy and security compliance.
• Registers KMI personnel and assigns identities for over 2,000 users in coordination with NSA.
• Maintains KOA data and ensures documents are signed and compliant.
• Reviews and forwards KMI account and personnel registration forms within 2 working days.
• Supports DoN, DoD, and DON policy on protecting PII information.
• Processes weekly and monthly NCMS reports and CT-1/KMI status updates.
