PCI Aviation LLC (PCIA) is seeking a KMI Specialist to support Navy NCMS PKI/KMI activities at the NCMS Headquarters, Joint Base Andrews, MD. This contract, full-time exempt position centers on maintaining KMI and COMSEC data across the Navy enterprise and coordinating with NSA and DON authorities.

The role involves processing registrations, updating KOAs, drafting directives, and producing monthly reports while ensuring compliance with security requirements.

Mansioni

• Supports Navy KMI activities across the Navy enterprise worldwide.
• Maintains DoN and Marine KMI Operating Accounts (KOA) with up-to-date data.
• Reviews and processes KMI account registrations and personnel registrations within defined timeframes.
• Drafts NCMS Directives and maintains the NCMS Directives log.
• Coordinates with NSA and other authorities to register KMI personnel and assign identities.
• Monitors COMSEC material and KMI system notifications to enforce security requirements.
• Provides monthly status reports to deployed units via SIPRNET by the 30th day of each month.
