Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT and technology requirements and acquisition development.
• Experience with Navy or DoW PPBE, POM, and budget analysis.
• Experience leading initiatives for Navy or DoD clients with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Secret clearance and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT requirements and investment strategies for Navy projects.
• Plan investments in future IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity programs.
• Lead client initiatives and ensure funding is used efficiently through PMO coordination.
• Track funding and resources in collaboration with client and program management offices.
