Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Naval IT Portfolio Manager to support the Navy's IT portfolio, aligning applications, data, and systems with DoW and DON policies and security requirements.

You will guide roadmaps, set milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while collaborating with Echelon I/II and other stakeholders to deliver compliant, modern IT solutions. A Secret clearance is required, and the role emphasizes cybersecurity and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience researching and maintaining complex Navy applications, systems, data, and databases per DADMS and DITPR-DON policies.
• 3+ years of experience providing technical and administrative support on IT policy and strategy, including briefing materials for senior leaders.
• Experience communicating IT portfolio rules and policies to Echelon I and II stakeholders.
• Ability to guide DoW technology policy, including cloud migration, DevSecOps, and modernization efforts.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience performing research and record maintenance of complex technical and scientific applications, systems, data, and databases identified in the Department of the Navy (DON) Application and Database Management System (DADMS) and DoD IT Portfolio Repository-DON (DITPR-DON) to manage applications, systems, data, and database records and portfolios of applications and systems per DoW and DON policy
• 3+ years of experience providing technical and administrative support to address emergent IT policy and strategy regarding applications, systems, data, and databases, including creating functional area analysis reports, strategy documents, and briefings suitable for Echelon I and II presentations
• Experience communicating clearly with Echelon I and II representatives as necessary to maintain comprehension of IT portfolio management business rules and policies for applications, systems, and databases
• Ability to provide technical guidance on technical and scientific applications, systems, and their data and databases, as well as emerging policy on DoW technology or policy being embraced such as cloud migration, DevSecOps, and application modernization
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• DoW 8140.03 compliant Cybersecurity Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with IT applications and data related to meteorology, oceanography, or environmental intelligence
• Bachelor's degree in a Science, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
